Step inside the police cell in Margate Museum and you’ll be swallowed up by The Octoscope!

Find yourself caught up within a kaleidoscope of historic postcards of Margate and strange alien sea creatures whirling across the walls – a family-friendly, interactive digital experience that is both beautiful and mesmerising with just a tiny hint of horror!

Octoscope Creative Coding for kids and families- Create your own interactive kaleidoscope using simple programming. Suitable for children aged 8-12, and parents are welcome to join in!

The workshop is free, book tickets here. Exhibition from 7th September: Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the festival 11am – 5pm. Workshop: 10th and 11th September 12pm and 2pm.
