Listening to music and dining are both sensory experiences and we believe that music is the final frontier in food presentation.
Our idea is to work with musicians Tony Richards and team to create a six course meal where every course is matched to a piece of Classical Jazz. We are calling it "The Ambrette Jazz tasting menu".
The whole endeavour is to explore the concept of "eating through the ears" in more details. What food matches best with what piece of music and vice versa.
