*Spiced squash tortillini, tomato broth, butterbeans, punkinseed pesto

*Slow braised brisket OR pulled jak fruit (V), parsnip puree, braised chickory, mushrooms, vegetable crisps
*Buttermilk panna cotta, blackberries, apple, granola, basil sorbet
