The property is fully furnished and equipped. It is in good decorative order. It comprises of a fitted kitchen leading on to dining and lounge areas. The six bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six adults. There is a bath/shower room and a shower room both with WCs. The shower room is downstairs and includes a laundry area. Electricity and gas are included except for the washing machine and tumble dryer which are operated via a pre-payment meter. There is a medium-sized sheltered garden and parking for two cars. The house is situated in a quiet residential area. Local buses pass nearby. Westwood Cross shopping and entertainment centre is less than five minutes drive. The centre of Broadstairs is less than 10 minutes drive away. The other Thanet seaside resorts are easily accessible. Changeover days are on Sunday. Guests are asked to vacate the property by 10am and to arrive between 3pm and 5pm. Other arrival times maybe available on request.

By Car: On A299 (from London),l A28 (from Canterbury) or A256 (from Dover) follow signs to Ramsgate, then follow A256 towards Broadstairs. At roundabout at junction with A254 go straight ahead towards Broadstairs. At next roundabout take second exit (Northdwon Road), then take the second turning on the left.
