The Corner House

The Corner House is an independent restaurant with rooms located in the historic village of Minster in Kent. Restaurateur / Owner, Matt Sworder, has worked at a number of London restaurants including Gordon Ramsay's La Noisette, but is now thrilled to be back in Kent running his own show.

Originally from Serbia, Head Chef Predrag Kostic trained at Thanet College achieving not only his level three but was a National Finalist for “Best of British 2012” at Hotelympia. Predrag went on to train at Richard Philips Pearsons Arms in Whitstable and joined The Corner House team in January 2014.

At the Corner House, the team believe in serving quality British food in relaxed surroundings. The menu changes frequently, depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients and all dishes are made from scratch including the pasta, bread and ice creams. Matt also sources as many ingredients locally where possible.

If you don't fancy joining The Corner House for a full meal, the team have now launched an exciting new bar menu for a quick bite or light lunch. The Corner House also serve a range of local ales and ciders from Ramsgate Brewery. The team look forward to welcoming you soon.

Monday - Friday: Lunch 12pm - 2:30pm / Dinner 6pm - 9:30pm
Saturday: Lunch 12pm - 2:30pm / Dinner 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Sunday: Lunch 12pm - 4pm
