KlezMargate celebrates the popular eastern European Jewish music known as 'klezmer', featuring some of the world's best-known performers and teachers of the genre.
A unique festival celebrating the diasporic Yiddish tradition of Klezmer, featuring leading artists from the UK, Europe and US, including Anna Lowenstein (Loshn), Dr Daniel Gouly and Josh Middleton (Don Kipper), Flora Curzon and Francesca Ter-Berg (Fran & Flora), Ilana Cravitz (London Klezmer Quartet), John Macnaughton (Raka), Pieter St Nicholas (Belgium), Cantor Rachel Weston and Simon Roth (Sefiroth).
KlezMargate offers an immersive weekend experience with workshops, concerts and community singing, including a Yiddish choir, Klezmer Keilidh, bespoke instrumental workshops, masterclasses and Saturday night all-star concert.
