Margate NOW 2020 is a multi-disciplinary arts festival that this year aims to increase our digital cultural activity and to deliver real-world, socially distanced experiences. We are committed to artistic excellence and promise. The programming team is drawn from a wide range of curators and practitioners who have past experience of supporting exciting projects.

This year People Dem Collective will curate the festival bring a new flavour and spice, celebrating the best contemporary culture.

Margate NOW 2020 is delivered by Margate Festival CIC and only made possible thanks to public funding from the National Lottery through Arts Council England, Kent County Council, Thanet District Council and South East Creatives. The festival programme includes co-commissioned projects with POW! Thanet, Looping the Loop, Barry Lewis Local County Councillor and support from A+C Studios.
