Join the garden team at Quex to learn how to propagate plants from cuttings.
11am - 4pm
This is the time of year to make sure the many different varieties of show plants are raised again for next season.
With a wide choice of material available you can enhance your garden with a variety of pelargoniums, salvia and many of the tender plants we use in our pots and glasshouse displays.
Tips on compost mixes, what to choose and how to strike new plants will all be shared, as well as a variety of material to take home and grow on for next year.
This is also the season to start harvesting seeds of our more unusual plants to grow again next year. What to choose, how to dry and store seeds, will be explained with some interesting specimens to be shared.
In this horticultural workshop, learn how to propagate plants from cuttings.
All materials and equipment provided.
