*Bay Cottage, is a charming 18th-century retreat perfectly positioned in the heart of Broadstairs. The beach, independent shops, cafés and restaurants are all just a short stroll from your door — making it an ideal base for families and friends to explore the coast.  With its character features and generous layout, this is a home designed for gathering, relaxing and making memories together.

*​Smuggler’s Cottage, built around the 1860s and beautifully refurbished, Smuggler’s Cottage is tucked away in a peaceful courtyard in Church Square — just moments from the heart of Broadstairs. With exposed beams, warm textures and a light coastal feel, this charming hideaway blends historic character with relaxed seaside living. Perfect for families, couples or friends looking for a cosy base by the sea.

*Pickwick’s Place, built in the 1860s and beautifully refurbished, Pickwick’s Place is a charming hideaway nestled within the quiet courtyard of Church Square. With exposed beams, warm tones and cosy corners throughout, this cottage blends historic character with modern comfort — perfect for families, friends or couples seeking a peaceful coastal escape.

Just around the corner you’ll find the beach, independent eateries, local shops and everything this charming seaside town has to offer. Offering privacy, comfort and convenience, this is the perfect base for  families or friends looking to explore the coast.

*Fagin's Den, ​step into Victorian England at the UK’s first Dickensian-themed holiday cottage. Inspired by the infamous character from Oliver Twist — has been beautifully refurbished in authentic 19th-century style, offering a one-of-a-kind stay in the heart of Broadstairs. Perfect for families, friends, and Dickens enthusiasts alike, this immersive retreat brings literature to life with period furnishings, curated memorabilia, antique-style décor, and thoughtful details that transport you back in time.
