Margate Cookery School, situated in Margate Old Town, offers a range of courses from fun, approachable wine tastings to more advanced patisserie skills.
Classes will mainly be taught by the amazing culinary talent in Thanet and be as hands-on as possible, with many offering the opportunity to sit down and eat with tutors and fellow students afterwards.
Courses include Bottega Caruso teaching all things Italian and Hantverk & Found focusing on Japanese food. Guests tutors include award winning food writer and chef Thom Eagle teaching fermentation, acclaimed pastry chef Emma Tillyer teaching French patisserie skills and novelist and food writer Eli Goldstone workshopping writing on food memories.
Classes will run between two hours or up to a more in depth day. Courses are bookable online plus gift vouchers are available
