East Kent Ploughing Match

An annual event that has been running for more than 80 years... this year at St Nicholas Court Farms

9am - 4pm

Attracting thousands of visitors each year, the event not only draws tough competition between modern, old and horse drawn ploughs, but is a fantastic outing and educational opportunity.

The Association also aims to educated the general public in the fundamentals of agriculture and to impart a greater understanding of the relationship between farming and the environment.

Numerous displays and stalls will make this a fun filled day for all the family.

In 2025, the money raised from ticket sales and donations helped to support the following charities - RABI, Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance, Pilgrim's Hospice, Hadlow College (Now North Kent College), Cobbes Meadow RDA, SOS Silence of Suicide & Canterbury Young Farmers.
