Chef Jackson Berg presents a grand Greek banquet: one sitting, all communal dining, everyone together — and then, we dance.

Charlie from Keeling Andrew / Noble Rot has curated a bold, all-Greek wine list to pair perfectly with each dish. Expect soulful bottles, full of character, rooted in ancient lands.

Inspired by the spirit of ancient symposia, this is a modern-day Dionysian gathering — where conversation flows as freely as the wine. Share plates piled high, laughter echoing across the room, strangers becoming friends.

All soundtracked by DJs, with the sea on the horizon and the glow of summer all around. This isn’t just a meal. It’s a ritual of togetherness.
