Set in the 'Great Expectations' room overlooking the gardens and the sea, this sound bath offers a deeply calming experience where resonant tones and subtle vibrations invite the body and mind into a state of profound relaxation.

Immerse yourself in the rich tonalities of a gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, framed & ocean drums, shruti box, tuning forks and occasionally, the human voice, each contributing to an orchestra of healing frequencies. The combined sound waves aim to harmonize the energies within and around you, facilitating a deep connection with your inner self. Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary practitioner, who draws on a diverse background in Ayurveda, Breathwork, sound, energy and colour therapy.
