Finnish author Lotte Saahko’s debut novel in English Lumi and the Wolf is published on September 24th.

This moving and fast-paced book tells the tale of an autistic girl who befriends and saves an endangered wolf. The protagonist, Lumi, keeps a 'forest diary' in the novel, a creative and meditative habit of Saahko’s, which she explores in her celebrated journalling workshops.

Suitable for participants aged 9 years and above.

Art materials are provided.

The workshop will involve nature journalling – drawing and writing what we’re experiencing of nature – just as Lumi does in the story.

Children must be accompanied by an adult (adults accompanying children are included in the ticket price).
