José Pizarro is guest chef at this new night at Willy's in Margate

6.30pm arrival with a welcome cocktail and snacks with a welcome from José & Lewis

A new dinner series at Willy’s, where guest chefs join Head Chef Lewis Johnson in the kitchen for a single evening.

José Pizarro brings the flavours of his Spanish kitchen to the Kent coast... think Jamón Ibérico, Oxtail Croquettes and Slow Roast Lamb.

He’ll be with guests from arrival through to the final course and signed copies of his cookbooks will be available on the night.

Early next year, Lewis returns the favour with a takeover at Lolo, José’s restaurant in London.
