Komorebi, run by local chef Josh Broad, is a warm and intimate dining experience rooted in Japan and inspired by travel.

Using carefully selected local products, Josh places fire and fermentation at the core of his cuisine, creating thoughtful dishes that balance tradition, seasonality, and a spirit of exploration.

Following multiple collaborations around Margate this year, Josh is bringing his fine cuisine to The George & Heart for those who have not yet had the chance to experience it.
