In this sacred space, we gather to align with the powerful energy of the new moon—a time for planting seeds, setting intentions, and beginning anew at Sea Scrub Sauna on the stunning Margate Sands

7pm - 8.15pm

Your space holder Sarah will guide you through breathwork to gain clarity on your intentions, initiate movement to remove lethargy and oracle card guidance. All whilst enjoying the therapeutic benefits of the hot & cold immersion.

This ceremony is an invitation to pause, reset, and connect—with yourself, the moon, and the collective energy of the group. Whether you’re new to cacao or a seasoned seeker, you’re warmly welcome.
