After starting stand-up in 2009, Scott Bennett has become one of the UK comedy circuit’s most respected and sought-after performers. His shows Leap Year and Relax were both nominated for Best Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival, while Chortle named him 'One To Watch'.

Scott made his Live at the Apollo debut on BBC One and has become a familiar voice on BBC Radio 4, appearing regularly on The News Quiz, The Now Show and other comedy programmes. In 2023 he also recorded his own Radio 4 special Stuff and supported Mickey Flanagan on tour, including performing to a 10,000-capacity arena crowd.

During lockdown Scott created the viral online series Stand Up From The Shed, which gained national press coverage and showcased his ability to find big laughs in everyday life. As well as performing, he is an accomplished comedy writer, contributing to shows for BBC One, Comedy Central and BBC Radio 4, and writing material for leading comedians including Jason Manford and Rob Brydon.
