Sound therapist and multidisciplinary practitioner Eleanor Yankah leads this closing session, drawing on the principles of resonance, harmonic entrainment, and sustained frequency to guide participants into deeper, more spacious states of relaxation.

Each session pairs a live sound bath – Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls, gong, chimes, drone instruments, shruti, vocals and more - with a complementary approach delivered by guest facilitators.

This extended sound bath is accompanied by guest massage practitioners offering gentle, clothed head, neck, and shoulder massage—supporting a state of slow-wave stillness and deep release.

Designed to ease physical tension and quiet mental noise, this multi-sensory experience invites you to settle into profound rest.

Fully accessible and requiring no prior experience, these sessions are available exclusively through Turner Contemporary.

Dissolve forms part of Slow Sundays - an ongoing series of immersive gatherings, wellbeing workshops and shared experiences. Drawing on Margate's rich history as a destination for wellness seekers, each event offers a gentle invitation to be present and curious.
