The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year – a powerful threshold between darkness and light. It is a time to pause, turn inward, release what no longer needs to be carried and listen deeply to what is emerging within us.

This immersive day invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body and move, breathe, listen and rest.

Through ecstatic dance, breathwork, rhythm, ritual and immersive sound, we will journey into the darkness – not as something to fear, but as a place of rest, restoration and possibility.
