The emphasis is on a fostering a strong collective of artists and designers, who have a collective responsibility for the studios, making a space that positively impacts the local community
As well as the high quality studios and desk-spaces, Bon Volks also houses a Project Space, Photography Darkroom, Sound Studio and a workshop.
The space houses:
* 5 large artists studios
* An event and project space
* A darkroom and photography studio
* 6 - 8 large deskspaces
* a sound studio
* a residency studio for visiting artists
It also has full kitchen facilities and a communal lounge that overlooks Dane Park
