The vision of Queen's Road Baptist Church is to create a community where people are free to build relationships both with each-other and with God; an inclusive and welcoming community where people can come to explore faith, receive care and support and be themselves.
The Christian faith is explored through community life and outreach programmes, bible based teaching and simply being together, sharing life’s journeys and supporting one another. They believe that everyone has been made unique and is equally loved by God, and try to demonstrate this through the Gap Project, their commitment to projects overseas, and their work for greater justice in the world.
The Gap Project in Broadstairs is a vibrant and innovative charity serving the local community, in an area of deprivation, using the fantastic facilities of Queens Road Baptist Church. The ethos of the Gap Project is to provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.
