RAF Manston History Museum
* The Museum is currently closed but hopes to re-open in March 2021. This has given us an opportunity to give the Museum a complete facelift, with shop renovations, new displays, and a much improved visitor experience. We hope you'll think it's worth the wait. *
RAF Manston History Museum, is based on the history of the airfield from 1916 to present day. Includes aircraft and artifacts from WWI to modern search and rescue operations and its move into Civil Aviation

Access Information
The entrance has a ramp and is wide enough to accommodate both wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The attraction itself has 2 floors with around 9 steps in total. There is no lift or ramp alternative for these steps. The staff estimate that around 90% of the museum is accessible for wheelchair users. There are places to sit and view information. The toilets are accessible and accessible parking is offered in the museum car park, very close to the entrance. All documents are printed in large font.
