RAF Manston History Museum

* The Museum is currently closed but hopes to re-open in March 2021. This has given us an opportunity to give the Museum a complete facelift, with shop renovations, new displays, and a much improved visitor experience. We hope you'll think it's worth the wait. *

RAF Manston History Museum, is based on the history of the airfield from 1916 to present day. Includes aircraft and artifacts from WWI to modern search and rescue operations and its move into Civil Aviation

There is no lift or ramp alternative for these steps. The staff estimate that around 90% of the museum is accessible for wheelchair users. There are places to sit and view information.
