The Oval Bandstand is a large capacity outdoor amphitheatre in Cliftonville and is open throughout the year. The site has over 130 years of history and a lively programme of events.

The surrounding Oval Lawns are set over 4 acres.

The site is home to a varied programme of events, with more being added frequently. Expect fitness and wellness events, outdoor cinema and theatre productions, and a wide range of music and productions all beside the sea in Cliftonville.

6pm:Boxercise Training at the bandstand, 45 minutes with NDPT - Nathan Dyas Personal Training

WEDNESDAY

7pm: Meno-FIT with Sarah at the bandstand 60 minutes

THURSDAY

6.30pm: Pilates with GSL Pilates at the bandstand, 45 minutes

SATURDAY

7am: Kettlebell Training at the bandstand, 45 minutes with NDPT - Nathan Dyas Personal Training
10am: Boxing for Adults at the bandstand, 60 minutes with Matar of Little Champs Boxing Club
11am: Boxing for Children at the bandstand, 60 minutes with Matar of Little Champs Boxing Club
