Join the Margate Arts Club as they toast the end of the world... as it decays into unrecognisable filth and humanity is left digging for scraps in the bins behind International Foods
7pm - 1am
There'll be dancing, with a ceilidh (barn dance) with live band and caller, and morris dancing (because morris dancers are actually the only creatures who can survive a nuclear blast).
The night will start with songs and stories around the campfire, mask making and a trash beast workshop – not to be missed so come early!
Plus tarot from Froggybones, singing, drinks, apocalyptic chat.
And dress to impress! The costume competition theme is ‘End of the World', with a prize of some kind of trinket that you can barter for fuel for your battle-vehicle, or maybe for the last tub of allioli in the Morrisons fridge.
They want everyone to be able to participate, so if ticket cost is an issue, just mention it to the door person or drop them a line in advance to get you in.
