A poster art retrospective exhibition taking place at Where Else? in Margate

Doors open 6pm

All Of Margate is an Art Show looks back on the past 13 years of live music by the sea and celebrates the lifelong friendships, both intimate and parasocial, that are forged between event organisers, visual artists, musicians and coastal communities.

The exhibition explores what can happen when art transcends the threshold of advertising to create the democratising effect of a public art show once said gig posters are placed in the windows of a town’s cafes, shops, restaurants and boarded up buildings. It’s going to look sick too.

Expect to see posters created over the years by Raissa Pardini, Benedict Drew, Daisy Warne (aka Babii), Jordan Gray, Santiago Taberna and many more For shows with musicians and bands including Hailu Mergia, Deerhoof, Squid, Mary Lattimore, Katy J Pearson and more.

There will be free cans of Lager courtesy of the event sponsor Orion, and live music from 9pm from rising talents Lulu and studio 20.
