Fern is the author of Sunday Times bestselling memoir 'Strong Female Character' whose previous show, 'Power & Chaos', was broadcast on BBC1.

In 2023, she released her stand-up special, 'Autistic Bikini Queen', on Netflix reaching the Top 10 shows in the UK the week of release. She is also the co-host of the 'Ignore That Feeling' podcast with Alison Spittle.

In 2024, she was the recipient of the Sky Arts Award for Comedy.
