Join Ark in Cliftonville to celebrate a selection of recipes from around the globe that document the cultures and favourite tastes of ARK’s Conversation Club

A delicious lunch and the launch of Cooking and Conversations.
Tickets include a copy of Cooking and Conversations and a vegetarian lunch prepared by Naveed Ahmed.
At 12pm members of the Conversation Club will share a short introduction about the making of the book and their favourite recipes. Naveed's famous hot chai will be served throughout.
Set lunch menu served in one dish... Vegetable Pulao - A fragrant and mildly spiced rice dish cooked with fresh vegetables, aromatic whole spices, and basmati rice. A comforting one-pot meal full of flavor, Chana Daal - Hearty Chana Daal (split Chickpeas Lentil) cooked with aromatic South Asian spices and finished with a flavorful traditional tarka for original desi-style flavours. Served with naan bread.
