Long-standing indie, noise pop, punk hybrid outfit play at The Margate Lido
Doors 7pm (starts at 8.45pm)
Once referred to by Pitchfork as 'the best band in the world', San Francisco’s Deerhoof have been self-producing their indie, noise pop and punk hybrid for decades.
Initially the improvisation project of Rob Fisk, the band’s eclectic output champions anti-war, anti-capitalist and pro-social themes, which they play with varying arrangements, promising a different show each time.
For a band that seems to thrive on collapse, it’s simply amazing that this US/Japanese quartet is now celebrating their 31st year.
Though Deerhoof long ago established itself as one of the greatest rock groups ever to stride the earth!
This is an all ages event
