Dick & Vic tells the unknown and hilarious story of the one time Charles Dickens met Queen Victoria – and what the devil went on between them.

In this dazzling new comedy, the two defining spirits of the Victorian age are brought together to discuss all the major issues of the day – with hilarious results!

Rambling through Democracy, Republicanism, the American Presidency, Darwin’s Theory of Evolution, Women’s Suffrage, and the difficulty of finding good servants in England, Dickens and Victoria are forced to confront their own certainties, and rethink everything they thought they knew.

Written by award-winning writer and actor, Tama Matheson, this is a play for all lovers of Dickens, Victoria, the Victorian age, witty wordplay, and grand ideas turned into brilliant repartee!
