Elemental Sound Bath

A series of sonic rituals with an elemental pulse. Weaving nature-inspired soundscapes with live healing tones to create a sound tapestry that helps us commune with our elemental bodies. From grounding earth to flowing water, energising fire to playful air - using sound and meditation techniques we’ll explore how each element lives inside of us and how we can use sound as a powerful tool to retune into our natural way of being.
