Join acclaimed author, fermentation guru, and Bottega chef Thom Eagle for a ferment & pickle class at Bottega Caruso in Margate.

Start time: 6.30pm

You’ll learn all about microbes and friendly bacteria, the do’s and don’ts, and make three jars of delicious ferments to take home.

Wines and other drinks will be available to buy and drink too..
