Join Eleanor Yankah for a deeply restorative multi-instrumental sound bath held in the historic St. George's Church, Ramsgate

Guided by Eleanor, a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner, the sound bath will blend the therapeutic vibrations of 432 Hz crystal quartz bowls, a gong, shruti, framed drums, chimes, and other meditative instruments to gently soothe the body and mind.
Eleanor draws on a diverse background in Ayurveda, Breathwork, sound, energy and colour therapy. She has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Ayurveda Institute UK. In the field of sound, Eleanor has trained with Sound Healing Bali, and with the world-leading Tama-Do Academy, founded by Fabien Maman, a pioneer in sound and vibrational therapy.
No experience is needed - this session is open to all. Cushioned mats and eye pillows are provided.
