Floating Frequencies Sound Bath at Cloud Zen

23rd March 2025

Multi-instrumental Sound Bath for ultimate relaxation

5.30 - 7pm

Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your space and get comfortable. Doors close promptly at 6pm.

(Sound Bath session 6 - 7pm)

Eleanor Yankah presents Floating Frequencies, a multi-instrumental sound bath in candle light. Experience ultimate relaxation with the assistance of a gong, shruti box, metallophone, framed drums, 432Hz crystal quartz bowls, chimes, vocals, and more...

The session will include a guided meditation and a gentle breathing technique to induce ultimate relaxation.

What is a sound bath and what are the benefits? This multi-instrumental sound bath is a relaxing and therapeutic practice using acoustic instruments to induce a deeply relaxed meditative state. A growing body of clinical research and controlled studies highlight the power of music and sound vibrations in mood enhancement, improved relaxation, better sleep, and relief from depression and anxiety. There’s also evidence that music therapy can be effective for healing, as it encourages relaxation and brings your body into a parasympathetic state. In this state, your body produces nitric oxide, which opens blood vessels, increases your cells’ efficiency, and regulates blood pressure – all things that will aid a healing response.

What do you need to bring?  Mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are provided, but you can bring anything that will create extra comfort and cosiness. It's recommended to layer up on clothing, as your body temperature will drop within the hour of lying down and the fire takes a while to kick in. Try not to eat 2 hours before the session, but if necessary – keep it light. And if possible refrain from any stimulants or intoxicants on the day including coffee & alcohol.

Eleanor is a multi-disciplinary holistic healing practitioner, facilitating Rebirthing Breathwork, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Ayurvedic Consultations, Sound Therapy and has trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and Ayurvedic Institute UK, as well as with masters of Ayurveda, Breathwork and Reiki in Europe, Central-America and Asia.  In the field of sound therapy, Eleanor has trained with Sound Healing Bali, under the internationally renowned multi-instrumental sound healer and award winning musician Shervin Baloorian and has also studied with the world renowned school of sound healing and vibrational therapy, the Tama-Do Academy, founded by Fabien Maman who is widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of sound healing and vibrational therapy.
