Thanet District Council is running free 6 week courses to help people currently smoking or vaping learn other ways to reduce stress.
Every Friday in September (12th, 19th, 26th)

Thanet District Council are working in partnership with NHS ONE YOU and Active Kent and Medway to offer free 6 week wellbeing courses to people who are currently smoking or vaping to learn new ways to reduce stress and help them to feel more ready to quit.
This course is suitable for beginners and will be taught by Angela Brier Stephenson from Another Journey Begins.
Please bring water and a Yoga Mat or Towel and wear layered clothing as the Mindfulness section may take place in the beautiful Library garden weather permitting.
There are stairs leading to the room above the Library but seated options can be given in the class.
