The Full Moon Ceremony Experience:
* 3x 15-Minute Sauna Sessions – Sink into the heat and let the warmth work through you.
* Guided Essential Oil Steam – Aromatic steam therapy to deepen relaxation and detox.
* Birch Whisking Ritual – Traditional venik treatment to invigorate circulation and awaken your skin.
* Cold Barrel Plunges – Refresh between sauna rounds with invigorating cold immersion.
