A free drop-in day of gentle movement, yoga, sound, music and nutrition at Discovery Planet in Ramsgate

10am - 4pm

Discovery Planet and Arts In Ramsgate invite you to step away from the darkness of January and drop by for some lovely calm.

A series of 30 minute sessions led by two experienced local to Ramsgate teachers @elise.anna.carter and @eleanor.yankah
Everything is accessible and the sessions are open to all ages.
Families are welcome, beginners are welcome, no experience is necessary.
Warm nourishing food from 12 noon.
Come for a short while or stay a bit longer.
Drop-in session - pre-booking is not required
A simple way to take care of yourself, make new connections and begin this year with a little more ease.
