In this Workshop, gut health expert Dr Seeta Shah will be sharing her knowledge from a medical perspective infused with ancient Ayurvedic wisdom in how to bring your mind, body, gut back to balance.

Somatic Coach and Ayurvedic Chef, Sarah King will be leading you through somatic techniques to soothe your mind and body to access a feeling of calm in your gut and practically create a harmonious environment for healthy digestion.
