Bad Movie Club returns with a screening of Paul Verhoeven"s cult "classic", Showgirls!

Reviled and ridiculed when it was released in 1995, winning 7 razzie awards and a Golden Raspberry Award for worst film of the decade. It has since developed a loyal and passionate following as a camp and knowing masterpiece, whilst others maintain that it's extravagant badness is entirely unintentional. Decide for yourself on Wednesday 1st July at 7.30pm at the Fort Road Hotel. The film is preceded by an introduction by Guy Oliver.

The wonderful Fort Road Hotel host the meet-ups in their basement bar with a delicious selection of drinks and snacks.
