Join Nicci at Happy Reading Children’s Bookshop for a very special Kid’s Book Club celebrating this delightfully charming, super-cute and friendship-filled 8th instalment in the award-winning Adventuremice series, from superstar collaborators Philip Reeve & Sarah McIntyre.

Everyone's favourite whiskery heroes are back in a thrilling Ancient Egyptian adventure!

In the latest addition to this much-loved series, the intrepid Adventuremice make a HUGE discovery!

What follows is a race against time to reach a secret island, full of incredible mouse sphinxes, pyramids, palaces . . . and the tomb of Queen Neferteacake!

Every child takes home their own copy of the book to keep (included in the ticket price - usually £6.99!)

The bookshop is on the first floor, accessed via a flight of stairs.

Children will sit for the reading, then move to a play/craft table for activities. All materials are provided and age-appropriate.

Adults may stay for the event (limited seating available) or relax with a coffee and pastry downstairs in Staple.
