Grade 2 listed Glasshouse in Ramsgate open for viewing as part of Heritage Open Days.

The Italianate Glasshouse, a Grade 2 listed historic monument, was erected in the grounds of East Cliff Lodge, Sir Moses Montefiore’s 22 acre estate in 1832. The glasshouse was originally sited at Breton Hall in Yorkshire and was renovated in 2005 by the present owners. Come and visit the glasshouse and and gardens and see storyboards about the lives of Sir Moses and Lady Judith Montefiore.
