A full weekend of film, music and art celebrating International Women’s Day at Margate Arts Club

Saturday 6pm–1am & Sunday 2pm–6pm

Expect films by Tindara Sidoti-McNary and Bernadette Hawkes, DJ sets from Reggy Brown, Amy Zing, Grace Attlee and more, plus floral arts, ceramics with Jaw Ceramics and Margate Zine Library.

7.30 Screening: Making the Change by Tindara Sidoti-McNary (film documenting women’s stories about menopause) & Q&A

9.30pm DJ Catrin Osbourne
10.30pm DJ Reggy Brown
11.30pm DJ Other Leg

Music will be a nice level for a chat, many are playing vinyl, plus the dancefloor is there for all who fancy a boogie.

Sunday 2pm - 6pm

Drop in anytime. All ages.

Relaxed crafternoon whilst DJs play.
Angela Wooi, Fantastic Flora watercolours, paints and more 🌼
Play with clay and make pinch pots with Jaw Ceramics 🪴
Zine making/collage with Margate Zine Library
2-4pm DJ Grace Atlee will play relaxed music whilst we draw.
4-6pm DJ Amy Zing will play girl power classics while we draw and/or boogie
