A moment to pause, reflect, and connect with the quiet shifts happening in nature and within yourselves during the Easter Holiday, at the Turner Contemporary in Margate

Times: 10.30am–11.30am, 1–2pm, 3–4pm

As we welcome Spring and its vibrant blooms this Easter, The Barefoot Planter invites Turner Contemporary guests to take part in a grounding workshop that blends mindful gardening, seasonal crafts, and gentle storytelling.

Participants at the Mindful Roots Corner will plant herbs and wildflowers as part of a gentle wellness ritual, nurturing their own ‘Seeds of Wishes’. Using seeded paper, they will inscribe their hopes, intentions, or wishes, planting them in the soil to quietly take root and grow, creating a living reminder of patience, care, and the possibilities that unfold with time.
