Join ceremony master Sarah King on Margate Main Sands for this special October edition of New Moon Cacao at Sea Scrub Sauna.

7pm - 8.15pm

As you sit within the energy of Autumn, you're invited to come gather in ceremony to focus on finding focus in your life & setting intentions to help manifest a life in balance under the new moon.

After drinking a cup of ceremonial cacao, space will be held for you to connect with an intention, the therapeutic effects of sauna and cold water immersion will support you in deep relaxation.

Oracle and guidance will be in full flow allowing us time to share our experience, whilst deepening your intentions with breath work and soul inquiry prompts.
