Pewter Casting: Oyster Talisman Workshop

Create your own pewter oyster talisman with Katie at Shifting States in Margate.

Start time: 3pm

Join Katie on Margate Main Sands to cast pewter into empty oyster shells, transforming something discarded into a symbol of personal protection, patience, and transformation.

Oysters are a symbol of hidden value and inner beauty. Pewter, an ancient alloy of tin, carries alchemical energy, transformation and growth.

Each shell holds the story of resilience and determination and the phrase "the world is your oyster" is a perfect mantra for you to manifest a new you!
