Join the Powell Cotton Museum for their popular Queer Nature Tour, celebrating Pride Month and the diversity of the natural world...
12 noon & 2.30pm
Join this fascinating Guided Tour created and led by Fenja Schultz to learn about animal homosexuality, trans* and intersex animals and the many ways in which Nature transcends the categories imposed on it by humans.
Drop in during the open days from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June to explore the museum with a guided tour, or all-ages self-guided trail.
Young Explorers and anyone looking for a more informal experience can follow our all-ages self-guided trail, discovering animal and plant diversity in the museum and gardens and encouraging curiosity and a deeper appreciation for the wonders of the natural world.
Tours are available on all three days and are included in the standard admission ticket.
For each visitor joining a Queer Nature Tour, the Museum will donate 10% of the admission price to Margate Pride.
