Join registered nutritional therapist and yoga teacher, Sophie Higgins, for this 2-hour interactive small group workshop where we'll be exploring how you can utilise simple nutrition and lifestyle elements to restore and recharge your energy levels, nourish your nervous system, and ignite your vitality, ready to flow seamlessly and joyfully into the renewal season of Spring.
You'll be taking a look at the basics and foundations of nervous system health and functionality, optimising digestive function, blood sugar regulation and energy levels, the gut-brain axis, the vagus nerve, and much more!
