A workshop on exploring how we meet ourselves, one another, and the world around us, at Margate Yoga Studio.
Start time: 10.30am
Through breath, movement, partner and group practices, you’ll explore the question: How do we relate:- to self, to other, to time, to change?
We live in a world built on relationship, and this season is a constant reminder of that. But how often do we pause to explore how we actually relate? How we listen, respond, soften, hold, and are held?
This evening offers a space to gently reflect and reconnect before crossing into the new year - not to reinvent or resolve, but to invite curiosity and be with what arises.
They may touch on themes of taking up space, boundaries, naming needs, deep listening, and meeting transition with care.
• Breathwork + intuitive movement
• Opening circle + intention setting
• Paired & small group explorations (may include gentle, consensual touch)
• Relational exercises around boundaries, listening, and emotion
• Group closing ritual
• Optional tea / journaling / stillness to end
Whether you come with a friend or arrive solo, you’ll be held in a shared space that honours safety, curiosity, and connection.
