A tactile dreamscape of desires that exists somewhere between fertility and rot, action and silence at The Margate School

NOT NOT EGGS turns the Schwatzman gallery into an immersive spatial installation using projections, sounds and textiles.

The projections have been created in collaboration with TheBioCosmos.

An ode for the babies that were never to be, the body that incubates and blooms and the hands that create something out of nothing.

It dives into the personal questions in the space that both, the idea of motherhood and of being an artist, occupy. It is a land where want has yet to become need and nothing has been corrupted by the fears of not getting, or worse yet, getting what you want.

The materials for the installation have been collected over the last two years, avoiding the use of virgin materials. This ties into the artist's longer exploration of sustainability and slowness of creation.
