Opening hours... 28th November – 14th December

Monday – Friday: 2pm – 5pm / Saturday: 10am – 5pm / Sunday: 10am – 4pm

Christmas week extended hours... 15th – 24th December

Monday 15th – Friday 19th: 11am – 5pm / Saturday 20th: 10am – 5pm / Sunday 21st: 10am – 4pm / Monday 22nd – Wednesday 24th: 10am – 5pm

In our picture-perfect, twinkling grotto you can expect a warm welcome and one-to-one time with Father Christmas, plus a special gift to take home and opportunities for festive photos.

Little believers can visit the grotto from 28th November, so book your tickets now and let the festive fun begin!

Walk-ins are welcome when capacity allows, but not guaranteed – please book to avoid disappointment.

Please arrive a few minutes before your time slot. Pushchair and wheelchair friendly. You’re welcome to take photos – just be mindful of other families.

Also returning this year are the much-loved Westwood Cross Christmas Cabins, located in the main mall of the centre. Opening from Saturday 15th November, the cabins will once again showcase a wonderful selection of festive products from small, independently run local businesses.
Shoppers in search of the perfect Christmas gift can browse an array of unique, handcrafted and personalised items, from toys and trinkets to seasonal produce and homemade treats — all bursting with local charm.
